To register and maintain an Account on xg555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, disguise or transfer proceeds of crime. xg555 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

xg555 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit maximums in PKR. Limits can be tightened immediately; relaxing a limit requires a minimum cooling-off period as determined by the Operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in the Operator's dormancy policy);
• The user's jurisdiction becoming a Prohibited Jurisdiction after registration.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified balance (after deduction of outstanding bonus funds, applicable processing fees and any withheld amounts under AML review) will be returned using the original deposit method where possible.
